RECIPE
- 50 ml - Aperitif
- 75 ml - Prosecco
- 25 ml -Premium Tonic or Soda Water
METHOD Combine prosecco and aperitif ingredients together. Add tonic water and gently stir. Add several large ice cubes.
GARNISH Garnish with a slice of orange or sprig of rosemary

What We Think
You can really taste the orange and rosemary in this one. I love that this is 0%ABV and still holds that robust hint of bitter flavour. It has a complex flavour profile and is amazing mixed with prosecco style sparkling wines. Or on ice with a splash of tonic.
