Mulled Wine


In the colder months, why not cosy up with some delicious non-alcoholic mulled wine featuring the vibrant ruby Altina Sansgria. Best when served hot or warm, mulled wine is nice to sip on during the colder months. It will fill you home with a sweet, spiced fragrance that will keep the winter blues away.



  • 1 bottle of Altina Sansgria
  • orange, sliced into rounds
  • 6 whole cloves
  • cinnamon sticks
  • star anise
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)


METHOD In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer (not a boil). Reduce heat to medium-low and  simmer gently for 10 minutes. 

*Note - If using a can of Altina Sansgria divide recipe by three.


GARNISH Citrus slices and cinnamon sticks
