Refund policy

We respect your rights under Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure of the product or if there are any quality issues. If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased, please replace the lid (if possible), and contact us. All returns and exchanges are handled via email [email protected] with "Attention Returns Office" in the subject heading.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

Please remember, here at High Vibes Drinks we are just two friends trying to enable the community to make healthier choices and make every day great. We do not provide returns for a simple change of mind.
