What is the difference between non-alcoholic, dealcoholized, alcohol free?

Non-alcoholic: These have essentially no alcohol in them but there may be traces of alcohol (0.5% ABV or less). There are traces of alcohol in things we consumer everyday such as pineapple, orange juice and sometimes bread. This is an extremely small amount of alcohol and it unlikely that you will feel any impact of the alcohol.

Alcohol-free: Alcohol-free will always be your safest bet if you are unsure what alternative is right for you. If a product is classified on the bottle as alcohol-free or as having 0% alcohol, that means there is no alcohol in the product.

De-alcoholised: This is a technique whereby some, most, or all of the alcohol is removed from a beverage prior to being pasteurised and bottled.

Can I get drunk on drinks with 0.5% ABV?

The alcohol levels are so low that generally your liver processes that alcohol much faster than you can consume it. An average man would need to drink around 10 200ml glasses of a 0.5% beverage to feel any cognitive impact.  

Can any underaged children/minors drink High Vibes Drinks?

We strive to supply sophisticated drinks that should be consumed by adults only. We want our products to feel special and think they should be reserved for adults. We do not encourage our drinks to be made available to minors and do not wish to encourage the habit of consuming alcohol like beverages by minors.

Is it safe for people with addictions?

We always recommend seeking advice from you doctor if you are unsure  of what you can consume. It is important to note that some people recovering from addiction may find these products triggering due the sensory similarities to alcoholic drinks.

Is it safe for me to drink products with 0.5% ABV if I’m pregnant or on medication?

We always recommend seeking advice from you doctor if you’re unsure on what you can consume. If you are unsure, we recommend being cautious and only consuming products listed as 0% ABV just to be safe.

How do I store my products?

To maintain the high quality and flavour of our products please read the storage details on each of the bottles and follow according. Remember, most products are very natural are sensitive to extreme changes in temperature (particularly heat).

Will Covid-19 impact my delivery?

Yes, COVID-19 disruptions may cause delays for up to 14 days. You can find the latest and official information on Covid-19 disruptions to deliveries across Australia here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-covid-19-impacts. If your parcel is urgent, please use our Express Post service.

Can I change my order or shipping information?

If you need to change anything about your order or shipping information, please email us straight away at hello@highvibesdrinks.com so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.

Can I return or exchange something?

We respect your rights under Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure of the product or if there are any quality issues. If you believe there to be an issue with a product that you have purchased, please replace the lid (if possible), and contact us. All returns and exchanges are handled via email hello@highvibesdrinks.com with "Attention Returns Office" in the subject heading.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

Please remember, here at High Vibes Drinks we are just two friends trying to enable the community to make healthier choices and make every day great. We do not provide returns for a simple change of mind.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order and its whereabouts. You will typically receive this 24 to 48 hours after your order has been processed. 

How long will my order take to arrive?


After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We use Australia Post for our all our shipments. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time on you tracking link, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number.

Is my package lost?

There are several reasons why a package gets lost in transit. We’ve found that often the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. We politely ask that you look in common courier hiding spots. Please look around and if the package still can’t be located, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number.

Do you post overseas?

High Vibes Drinks does not ship internationally currently. We ship domestic only to anywhere in Australia.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer both standard parcel post and express post options at checkout. 

Standard Parcel Post If you are based in a capital city your delivery will typically take between 2 to 5 business days. Rural deliveries and Northern Territory deliveries can sometimes take a little longer this can be anywhere between 5 to 10 days.
