Inspired by the St. Germain cocktail, this sophisticated sparkling mocktail has lovely floral notes with just a touch of tangy lemon. It’s perfect for all seasons!
INGREDIENTS
- 30ml Elderflower Cordial
- 90ml Songbird Wine Brut
- 60ml soda water
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Thin slice of lemon and/or edible flowers for garnish
METHOD Fill a large champagne glass with ice. Press a thin lemon slice against the glass. Add all ingredients and garnish with edible flowers (optional).
