Vineyards: Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to control ripening and vigor.
Method: Made via a unique ultra membrane method, this range of zero alcohol wines are hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from South Australian vineyards ensuring the wines remain vibrant and full-flavored once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

What We Think
A crisp, well balanced white. It has had its alcohol removed quite gently so it's quite delicate. Love it!
