Tasting Note: A varietal Pinot Grigio that displays aromas of pear and cut apple with bright citrus notes. The palate is crisp and dry with clean lemony flavors and zesty acidity. Pair with a chicken salad.
Vineyards: Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South  Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to control  ripening and vigor.    
Method: Made via a unique ultra membrane method, this range of zero alcohol wines are hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from South Australian vineyards ensuring the wines remain vibrant and full-flavored once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

What We Think

A crisp, well balanced white. It has had its alcohol removed quite gently so it's quite delicate. Love it!

One of the better non-alcoholic wines I have tried.

Tread Softly Pinot Grigio is one of the better non-alcoholic wines I have tried. It doesn't taste just like grape juice, with notes of nashi pear and apple with a little tartness at the finish. Ovwrall a great alternative and I can't wait to try some more of them.
